Responsibilities:
- Attend inquiry from phone call, email, website, Facebook, & walk-in customers.
- Issue Quotations/Sales Orders to customers.
- Coordinate / Liaise with suppliers.
- Monitor customer's delivery, make sure items delivered on time.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Responsible to collect payment from own customers.
- Salary: Basic + Commission (include EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical, etc.)
Requirements:
- Self motivated, optimistic and love challenges
- Good customer service attitude
- Required language : Basic Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, *Hokkien (or any other dialects will be an advantage)
- Own transport to work
