Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administration works
  • Issue Purchase Order, Sales Order, Quotation, Deliver Order
  • Attend incoming calls and redirect calls when necessary
  • Coordinate and supporting sales team / customers / suppliers
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:

  • Required skills : MS Excel, MS Word
  • Required language : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, *Hokkien (or any other dialects will be an advantage)
  • Able to multitask
  • Good Attitude / Willing to learn
  • Possess good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivation, team player and able to work independently
  • Candidates with related working experience/ fresh graduates are highly preferable
